Since birth, a tumor had been growing on the inside of Jessica's chest. Because of its placement, instead of becoming visible, it grew until it took up the cavity where her lung should have been. The tumor went undiagnosed until Jessica rowed in college and found she couldn't breathe. After a massive surgery to remove the football-sized tumor, Jessica has still dealt with chronic pain and compensation problems as she has become a professional beach volleyball player. In this episode, listen in on how Jessica has walked with the Lord through each step of her journey, and be inspired by her ability to learn new sports, surrender in the season she's in, and persevere in where she feels the Lord has called her.
