We talk about a miraculous healing he experienced that lasted over 20 years, then the ensuing back surgery that came about when the pain returned. We also talk about a gym accident he had that left him with over 100 doctor appointments and reconstructive procedures to his face. Amidst it all we question what pain is with God, what it is without Him, and what our journeys look like with Him through it all.
