Season 1, Episode 19: Nathan Whitten on Adoption, the Paralympics, and Life with Five Fingers

Hello friend!

Nathan Whitten was born in Russia with only five fingers and hip dysplasia. Told he would never be able to live a normal life, he was given up for adoption and then raised in the US. Contrary to doctor's expectations, Nathan has overcome the odds stacked against him, graduating from college, becoming a teacher and a coach, and qualifying for the World Games Team for the United States on his way towards trying to qualify for the Paralympics. Nathan's way of living without excuses and defending those in need will challenge you to view those with physical differences, see God's heart in adoption, and fight for your destiny.
